Auto Glass
When you need any auto glass replacement or a windshield repair you have the right to choose who handles that work for you. It's the law! Both Pennsylvania state and Federal law provides you with the right to request whatever glass shop you want to do your work. The majority of the insurance companies use a third-party billing network which is owned/affiliated with some specific national auto glass chains. These third-party companies assign insurance claim work and they will often recommend their shops as the only choice available. THIS IS ILLEGAL! This practice is commonly referred to as "steering" and it is an issue that the consumer is usually unaware of.
Some things you may be told by these third-party companies are "they are not an approved shop", "they don't accept our insurance rates" or even "they don't fully warrantee their work". THESE STATEMENTS ARE FALSE AND MISLEADING.

Windshield Repairs
All successful stone chip repairs performed by Pioneer Glass are guaranteed against cracking from the original repaired area for a period of one (1) year from date of repair for the registered owner of the vehicle at the time of repair.
Our certified technicians can repair stone chips up to the size of a quarter. A repair should be done as soon as possible in an attempt to prevent spreading. Repairs generally take only about 15-20 minutes. The repair process involves filling the damaged area of the windshield with a special clear adhesive resin. When the resin is cured, the damaged area's strength is restored as is most of the clarity.

Auto Glass Replacement
At Pioneer, we use only "new" high OEM quality glass for all replacements. Pioneer Glass does not require their technicians to complete a certain number of vehicles each day. By doing that, we ensure top quality service and safely installed glass for your piece of mind. We do repairs and replacements in our Emmaus shop Monday through Saturday. We also offer mobile service to accommodate our busy customers at no additional charge Monday through Friday. Please keep in mind, our mobile service is weather permitting. To assist you with your insurance claims, we work with all insurance companies and will happily handle the paperwork of billing your insurance company directly for any charges above and beyond your comprehensive deductible. Pioneer Glass believes in continuing education and we make every effort to stay current on industry changes.
We also do testing on new adhesives to ensure their quality and safety for all our customers. Just another reason to be confident when you choose Pioneer Glass to handle your auto glass needs.

Windshield Installation
All windshields purchased and installed by Pioneer Glass meet manufacturer's specifications. Pioneer Glass guarantees all windshields installed by Pioneer Glass against stress cracks for a period of one (1) year from date of installation and a lifetime guarantee against leakage (provided that leakage is due to a sealant problem from installation and not due to other underlying causes such as: rust, body damage or other underlying problems where leakage is originating from other than the windshield sealant area) for the registered owner of the vehicle at the time of installation.
Note: Should cracking occur from the original repaired area or the windshield does not pass inspection after the repair has been made, the cost of the repair will be deducted from the cost of a new windshield purchased and installed by Pioneer Glass. Required: Proof of installation or repair (copy of original sales invoice) will be required to satisfy any and all warranties.
